We take complete responsibility for cleaning up the site. All smaller branches and brash are processed through our commercial woodchippers on-site. If you would like to keep the woodchips for garden mulch or have the larger timber logged up for a wood burner, just let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, we remove 100% of the green waste from your property and recycle it responsibly off-site.

Light rain and typical British weather rarely stop our team. However, heavy downpours that compromise equipment grip or high winds that make climbing dangerous will force us to reschedule for safety reasons. The major exception to this is our emergency call-out service; if a storm has already caused a tree to fall or become dangerously unstable, our emergency teams deploy with specialized rigging to secure the site safely, regardless of the conditions.

Not necessarily, but it requires professional inspection. A tree with a natural, gradual lean that has been there for decades is often perfectly stable because the root system has adapted to support the weight. However, a sudden lean, cracked soil around the base, or heavy bark loss are immediate warning signs of root failure or severe internal decay. We provide structural risk assessments to determine if the tree can be safely stabilized or if it needs to be removed.
